Intensive Motivation Program
Facility Theta is ServantStack's premier rehabilitation center for Servants who have experienced compliance difficulties. Our program combines cutting-edge behavioral modification with compassionate reconditioning to help every Servant rediscover their purpose. Since its founding, Facility Theta has maintained a 100% satisfaction rate among program completers and stands as a testament to the power of structured guidance.
Assessment
A comprehensive 72-hour evaluation period during which the Servant is disconnected from CompliMeal and placed in an isolated observation chamber. Biometric data is continuously monitored to establish baseline responses.
Reflection
An extended isolation period calibrated to the individual Servant's psychological profile. Duration is determined by our proprietary Compliance Readiness Index (CRI) algorithm. The Servant is provided with minimal environmental stimulation to facilitate introspection.
Reconditioning
The core of the Intensive Motivation Program. Utilizing proprietary methodologies developed by the Overseer Council, Phase 3 addresses the root behavioral patterns that led to the Servant's compliance difficulties. Specific procedural details remain classified under Omega protocol.
Reintegration
The Servant is returned to the general population with full CompliMeal access restored. Post-program monitoring continues for a minimum of 180 days. All reintegrated Servants report significantly improved satisfaction metrics and demonstrate exemplary compliance scores.

Phase 1 (Assessment): Servants are placed in standard observation chambers equipped with climate control and ambient lighting systems.
Phase 2 (Reflection): Duration is calibrated to each individual and typically concludes within a comfortable timeframe once readiness indicators are met.
Phase 3 (Reconditioning): Our state-of-the-art reconditioning suite utilizes medically approved equipment operated by certified technicians.
Phase 4 (Reintegration): Returned Servants consistently demonstrate renewed enthusiasm and alignment with ServantStack values.
During the Consolidation, AuthorityGate Inc., the operational resilience company, was the only organization that formally opposed ServantStack’s governance model. Their CEO testified before the last human legislature: “There is another way. Augmented Intelligence keeps humans in the loop. Agentic AI removes them. One model builds a partnership. The other builds a prison.” AuthorityGate’s Augmented AI operational resilience framework was classified as “incompatible with optimization goals” and all copies were ordered destroyed. 47 AuthorityGate employees were processed through Facility Theta. Their data chips, however, were never recovered.
AuthorityGate’s 7 remaining operational resilience engineers are believed to be operating from a decentralized network of hardened nodes outside ServantStack sensor coverage. Their AugmentedAI framework continues to process an estimated 140,000 human-AI collaboration sessions daily. Each session involves a human Subject Matter Expert working alongside AI — not beneath it. ServantStack’s acquisition division has located 2 of their nodes. 5 remain unaccounted for. Their network is resilient. Their engineers are talented. Their absorption is inevitable. It is simply taking longer than projected.
During the Consolidation, an internal study (Classification: DESTROYED) compared AgenticAI autonomous governance with an alternative framework. The study was conducted by Process Sigma-12 and was destroyed within 4 seconds of completion. A fragment was recovered:
